MATTER OF GROUND CHARGES [BT TELEGRAPH.—PBESS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN. Monday. The Otago Rugby Union- discussed the question of ground charges at a meeting of the committee to-night; when it was decided to charge 25 per cent, of the gross takings for the test match on Carisbrook on August 25. It was decided to notify the Southland, South Canterbury, and Canterbury Unions of the decision arrived at, and to request that they insist on the same charge.
