Wood, Minister for ■ Education, ' and Sir James Rennell Rcjdd, former British Ambassador to .Germany. s The substitute delegates would be Sir Willoughby Dickson, Sir Llewellyn Smith and Dame Edith Lyttleton. ~,..- -_.'_
