BANKRUPT DISCHARGED.

ONLY CREDITOR OPPOSES. - JUDGE REJECTS CONTENTIONS. The application of George James Finch, a farmer, of Northcote, for a discharge in bankruptcy was ; before Mr. , Justice Herdman in the Bankruptcy Court again yesterday. . Mr. Macnab, on behalf of the one creditor, opposed: the' application. ' The ' official assignee, W. S. Fisher, said he saw no reason for "withholding the, discharge. .
