MR. T. A. LEWIS, MP.
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 6.45 p.m.) LONDON, July 20.
Mr. T. A. Lewis, National Liberal M.P. for' the University of Wales, is dead, aged 42.
Mr. Lewis was Junior Lord of the Treasury for a few months in 1922. He represented Pontypridd from. 1918 to 1922, and on his defeat for that seat was elected for the University seat. MR. R. R. BLACK. EX-CABLE SUPERINTENDENT. Australian and N.Z. CaWe Association. (Reed. 8.45 p.m.) '~ SYDNEY, July 20. Mr. R. R- Black, formerly superintendent of the Eastern Extension Cable Company's branch at Wellington, is dead. Mr. Black had been staying in Sydney prior to proceeding to Adelaide to join his wife. He had been in \ll-health for several month;.'. He was found dead sitting on a seat in the park, which it was his daily habit to visit. Death was presumably due to heart trouble.
