THE ICELAND FREEZER.
HOME-MADE SWEETS. J. E. n. HEMINGWAY. A wonderful sight at the Show is a demonstration showing the possibilities of the Rotary Drum hand freezer, which makes ice-cream on ices in 10 seconds, smoother and harder than ever before. A lady demonstrator has produced over 12 gallons of ice cream in less than two hours on several occasions during the Show. Any quantity can be made with the greatest ease and facility. This machine should be a boon to the shopkeeper, and is perfectly genie in construction. Another feature is the compact nature of the machine, which only occupies a floor space of 2ft. by 4ft., and is easily removable. This machine has the world's record for ice cream made in five seconds.
Butter wafers, the dainty golden delicacy, a pure butter scotch, made by J. L. N. Hemingway, has been a great success, record sales being made, and stocks cleared every day.
