NEW DIESEL ENGINE. SAN FRANCISCO, May SO. The Bethlehem shipyards have developed a baby Diesel engine which may bring about a revolution in the automobile "industry. The new motor, it is claimed, will propel a car for 50 miles on a single gallon of crude oil.
