RATES. , Notice is hereby given that the Henderson Town Board, in pursuance of its powers under the Town Boards Act, .1908, the Hos--1 pital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, ' the Rating Act, 1908, and Amendments to such Acts, and all other powers enabling it in that behalf,, intends on Saturday, June 16, 1925, to make and levy for the year commenced on April 1, 1923, and ending on Mar<h 31, 1924, the following rates, viz:— 1. A General Rate of One Penny and one half-penny (l.d) in the c£:. 2. A Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of one farthing (Jd) in the £: Upon the ratable (capital) value of all ratable property as appearing in the Valuation Roll- for the time being in force in, the Henderson Town District, such rates to be payable in one sum on July 2, ]>. 23, at the Board's Office, Foresters* Hall, Hen-' derson. to Albert Ernest Greenslade, fhe Board's Collector, or to such other person as may be from time to time appointed to I collect the same.
