DAIRY RATES TO BE LOWER;

ASSURANCE BY MR. MASSEY.

[Br TELEGRAPH.OWN CORRESPONDENT.] CAMBRIDGE, Tuesday. . The chairman of the Cambridge Dairy Company, Mr. Mervyn Wells, hr.s received a definite assurance from the Prime Minister that the matter of railway freights would receive immediate attention also that a reduction of charges would be made on dairy produce, cheese, butter, and dried milk.
