MR. JOHN FULLER'S WILL. WHOLE ESTATE BEQUEATHED SUBJECT TO LIFE INTERESTS. The Public Trustee has been appointed executor in respect of the will of the late Mr. John Fuller, and supplies the following information concerning the estate and its distribution.: ; v The advisory trustees are Sir Benjamin John Fuller and Mr. John Fuller, jun., sons of the deceased. Upon the termination of certain life interests the whole of the capital of the estate will be ) held by the Public Trustee upon trust for all time to pay the income arising from: the capital sum to a board of trustees to be called " The John Fuller Board of Trustees." Mr. Fuller directed that this board should consist of the Public Trustee of New Zealand or the district public trustee in the City of Auckland for the time being, the Mayor of • the City of Auckland for the time being, and the chairman of the Auckland Hospital and Charitable Aid Board. This board will distribute the income from the trust funds in its discretion for the benefit of any orphanages in or about the City of Auckland, in such manner and in all respects as the board considers advisable. The board has full discretionary powers, and there is no restriction on the- class of orphanages that are to benefit, the testator expressly directing that the distribution has to be of an unsectarian and undenominational character.
