[ PETITION AGAINST WIFE A soldier's marriage in England in 1916 had its sequel in the case of Christopher Fletcher. (Mr. Moody) against Hilda Fletcher, which was heard in the Supreme Court yesterday, before Mr. Justico Stringer. The petitioner stated that after living with him for some time in Auckland his wife returned to England in April. 1919. ostensibly for a short holiday. She had since refused to come back. * An order was made for restitution of conjugal rights within 90 days of service of the order.
