The plain fact 'is that whereas the capacity of the J Stadium was 127,000, over 200,000 deI cided to get in one way or another. The ! report recommends that all tickets be taken in advance; secondly, structural alterations at the entrances; thirdly, installation of an electric automatic recording sysem of turnstiles as used in relation to the totalisator in New Zealand.
