In the Magistrate's Court, Robert Coe v.as charged that, having received 15 sums amounting to £35 8s 3d on account of the Provident Life Assurance Company, he did fradulently ornit to account for same, thereby committing theft over a period extending from 1916 to 1922. The accused, who pleaded guiHy, nan committed to the Auckland Supreme Court for sentence, Bml was allowed.
