LONDON, May 8.
A British Note, which has been despatched to Moscow, contains a . severe and comprehensive protest against recent acts against Britishers, also against Russian propaganda. The Note maintains that, there : has been consistent violation of undertakings embodied in the AngloF,us:;ian trade agreement.
The Note is practically an ultimatum, demands the cessation of the anti-British propaganda, and redress for outrages against British : subjects. It states that lilies- the requests be fully and unconditionally complied with in 10 days trade relations will be broken off.
