Parr, Minister for Education and Health, spent the greater part of yesterday attending to departmental matters and left in the« evening for , Wellington. He waa: accompanied by MrsParr. Yesterday morning Mr.' Parr received a ; deputation which discussed the question of the treatment of " border-: land*' cases, and later :in the day visited the ' Education department's .' receiving V; horned for boys < and girls at New Street, Ponsonby. ; Mr. Parr expects to return to • Auckland in about two weeks.
