SUGGESTED REMEDIES. [BY TELEGRAPH..PRESS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN, Friday. The North Canterbury Ilospital Board's proposal* for the sterilisation of epileptics and sexual degenerates is the subject of a report to the Otago board by Dr. Falconer, medical superintendent, who expresses approval of the principle but states that the subject should be carefully considered by the New Zealand Health Board before legislation is passed. He also recommends that the Health Board go into the question of , the treatment and accommodation of incipient mental cases. ;
