DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 8.10 p.m.) LONDON. April 2. The Dublin correspondent of the Morning Post reports that a deplorable slate of affairs prevails in the women's gaol at Kilmainham, Meath, where women are confined for taking part in the republican propaganda and assisting in armed outrages. He stales that elementary sanitary necessities are lacking. Five or six women are confined in, a single cell. Collective punishment is employed. Beds have been taken from all prisoners because some lore up their bedding, and the privilege of writing letters has been withdrawn. Ninety-one women have been hungerstriking since March 21. ,
