ATTACK UPON BRITAIN.
VITUPERATIVE FRENCHMAN POLICY OF AGGRANDISEMENT A. and N.Z. PARIS, April 1The Figaro publishes a further vituperative article by an anonymous writer, who is stated to bo inspired by M. Poincare. The writer accuses' Britain of securing tho lion's share from the war, leaving nothing for France. Lord D'Abernon, British Ambassador in Berlin, is accused of encouraging German resistance. Britain fears a Franco-German alliance so much that she devoted all her efforts to preventing France settling affairs with Germany direct. Germany's resistance was regulated constantly according to the British Government's attitude. The manoeuvre had lasted for four years, but it could not last for ever.
