Phillips and Co., England, was fined £25 for d* ■£&& livering a document to the Customs Department erroneously stating certain goods - to be " wholly or partially made -in .sf3|f United Kingdom," whereas they were wholly manufactured in France. f / cf^l The charge referred to a consignmsw of beads, which, as they were made-fa?*!? France, were'liable to heavier duty. Counsel said similar mistake* had been wad« on previous occasions. .■': ;h. |
