Le Trocquer, Minister for Public Works, has returned from his visit to the Ruhr. He announced that there were 1.000,000 tons of coal and 450,000 ton* of coke in the north of the Ruhr region alone. He hoped to shift 4000 tons daily shortly. Bossbach, who was arrested in Berlin ca a charge of attempting to foment violent action in the Ruhr, has been released on engaging not to participate in propaganda in the Ruhr.
