ARMING TURKESTAN.
RUSSIAN AIR PROPOSAL.
LINK WITH INDIA.
LONDON, March 14. The official organ of the flying section of the Russian Soviet Army, in a long article, urges the necessity of providing the Soviet Republic of Turkestan with a powerful squadron of aeroplanes, says the Moscow correspondent of the London Daily Mail. The reason given is " the special position of Turkestan in connection with the growth of revolution in India and the awakening 'of the East." •
