Parr, w»e requested to-day to deliver political addresses in connection with the Tauranga election, but the Minister replied that no Minister except th* Prime Minister intended to giro any public address in the district daring the election, and the Prime Minister would most effectually answer the somewhat bewildering; speeches now being delivered by 8« Joseph Ward.
