BORDERLAND CASES.
The Auckland auxiliary of the Baptist Union of Now Zealand, comprising the Baptist Churches in the Auckland province, last evening carried a resolution drawing attention of the authorities to the necessity for the provision of an observation ward or borderland home for the mental cases, quite apart from the Auckland Mental Hospital. The resolution further expressed the urgency of this matter, whether looked at from a natural family or individual point of view. . Finally the auxiliary calls upon the residents of this province to strengthen the hands of the Government in bringing About this most necessary reform. ' ""-'• • -
