CARNIVAL REVUE CONCERT.
ANOTHER SUCCESS ACHIEVED
A full measure of success attended the carnival revue concert given last evening in the Town Hall concert chamber. A long and well-diversified programme of vocal and instrumental items was admirably carried out to the full enjoyment of a good audience. The opening chorus, " Smiles," given by The Merrymakers, was very well received, and served but to pave the way for other equally entertaining features. For her song, " A Summer Night," Miss Lillis Walker received a burst of hearty applause, and a similarly good reception was accorded Mr. Frank G. Williams .for his humorous monologue, "My Beastly Eyeglass." In an exhibition of dancing, a good success was scored by Connie and Reg Barry. Mr. Dan Flood was seen at his best in a couple of humorous musical items, and by his saxophone solo, Mr. Horace B. Cato Avon the hearty applause of the audience. Not the * least entertaining item. on the programme was a farcical one-act comedy, entitled " The Bathroom Door," presented by Mr». C, 0. Forsyth.
