[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORESPONDENT.] HAMILTON. Tuesday. . Members of the Board of Inquiry, Messrs. J. McCaw and J. Batty, who are revaluing soldier settlements on behalf of the Government, commenced work in the Taupk'i district yesterday. The hoard has visited settlements at Te Awamutu and Raglan recently. Messrs. McCaw and Batty will be at Mercer and Taupiri for a fortnight, and will then visit the Bay : of. Plenty.
