A. and X.Z. LONDON. March 12. The Pans correspondent of the Morning Post, states that to-day's conference at Brasek between M. Poincare and M. Theuais is believed to have as its principal, object the fixing of definite details for civilian administration of the railways in the Ruhr and the eland. Another object is to discuss what FrancoBelgian terms of peace should be stated in the' event of Germany showing a willingness to cease resistance. It is possible the conference wjil result in laying down at least a preliminary basis for a Franco-Belgian-German agreement on the whole reparation question.
