DAVIS CUP CONTEST.
CEYLON DISCUSSES ENTRY. A. and N.Z. DELHl.'March 11. Much interest is being taken in Ceylon's decision to enter for the Davis Cup next year, for which efforts are being made to raise 25.000 rupees to cover expenses. Press comments point out that the collection of such a sum is doubtful, as the All-India Tennis Association made strenuous efforts during the last two years throughout the whole of India to raise a guarantee fund for the of India's team, with only moderate success.
