.*. AMERICAN RELIEF TO END. CREDIT NOW NEEDED. A. and N.Z. MOSCOW. March 8. The improvement in the economic conditions of Russia is indicated by the director of American relief administration, who is cabling to Washington that furiner famine relief is unnecessary. The director declares that Russia needs money and credit instead of famine aid in order to restore her industries and develop her vast agricultural resources. The Americans fed 10,000,000 starving people in 1922.
