NAVAL PRIZE MONEY.
MESOPOTAMIAN AWARD. A. and N.Z. LONDON. March 5. A Prize Court has awarded £10,000 ,to Captain Wilfrid Numm and the naval forces which participated in the capture of nearly 30 Turkish vessels in Mesopotamia in 1914-15. One of the British vessels engaged was specially built for the relief of Gordon at Khartoum.
