The Rome correspondent of the Daily Mail states that Signor Mussolini ie credited with a proposal to increase the Chamber of Deputies by extra members for every 100,000 emigrants to foreign countries. He hopes thereby to keep in touch with emigrants and secure deputies conversant with foreign countries.
