TO-DAY'S FORECAST. GOVERNMENT • REPORT. The Government meteorologist reported last night as follows:—The present indications are for strong westerly to southerly winds and cloudy, unsettled weather, with rain following generally. Barometer rising everywhere soon. MR. K. K. WRAGGE'S FORECAST. The following weather forecast was supplied to us by Mr. K. K.
