REGULATIONS TIGHTENED. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY, Feb!, .'24. ' The Executive Council has issued new regulations in regard to wine licenses, providing that wine must be consumed in •the room wherein it is sold, the room to have no partitions, and all of it to be in clear view from any position. The regulations also' prohibit ' the employment ot women,, other ■• than * relatives jof r the licensee.
