Hugh Buckler, - an actor, who was formerly in Australia and New Zealand, was committed for trial on a charge of obtaining money by means of a worthless cheque. He was granted bail. It was stated in evidence that he was adjudicated a bankrupt .in 1921, and had not sought discharge. . .
