INVITATION TO RUSSIA.
SOVIET AND MR. BORAH. A. and N.Z. WASHINGTON, Feb. 22.
Mr. W. E. Borah, a member of the Senate, to-day announced that ho had received an unofficial invitation to visit Russia as the guest of the Soviet. He declared that if the invitation were made official he would accept, provided the plan for holding an international economic conference were not prevented.
