RESULT OF AN ACCIDENT.

McKean, 5.M.,; yesterdayconcerning;• the •, death of Harold William Keyes, a married § plasterer, ; who fell i from. a scaffolding.« on ; a building at' Otorohanga f la&V; August, and; died at . the . Auckland Hospital on February L ; .' Evidence was - given' that deceased fell , from a scaffold on .which he was • working - and struck ~ his : back on an c iron barrow, - which was standing on the ground below. v He was transferred from ; Hamilton to ; the |i| Auckland ; Hospital •' in September, sufferingf& from psralysi* of both legs and Part of - the body. ; ; His spine was fractoreu. The ; medical v evidence showed ■; that the .'cause -"■ of death was uraemia, ' and . pneumonia, ' • following upon the fracture of the spine. A verdict was f returned: in accordance with i tho medical testimony.
