Extensive operations in North Galway resulted in the capture of 61 rebels fully armed, who were responsible for recent burnings. One column of 18 men was surprised by night in a farmhouse during a heavy rainstorm. DUBLIN STREET BATTLE. RAID ON INCOME TAX OFFICE. A. and N.Z. DUBLIN. Feb. 21. Armed • men raided the Income Tax office in Nassau Street, Dublin, and set fire to the building. Simultaneously an attack was made on a military post nearby. Heavy firing followed over a wide area for half an hour between the attackers and the troops, the former being concealed on the house-tops. The thoroughfares were crowded with panic-stricken people. Three civilians were wounded. A number of arrests were made, and two irregulars were shot dead. A Ford car containing three land mines was captured. REPUBLICAN BOYCOTT. BRITISH GOODS PROCLAIMED. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Fob. 21. De Valera has issued a proclamation ordering a rigid boycott of certain classes of British goods, on the ground that " the war is still pursued by Britain through her creatures and agents." The proclamation also forbids dealings with persons whose names appear on a black list to be published.
