BANKRUPT SAWMILLERS.
SURPLUS SHOWN AT £2510. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] TE PUKE. Wednesday. The official assignee presided at a meeting of creditors held at Te Puke on Tuesday, in the bankrupt estate of Richard James Wills, of To Puke, and Frank William Barnacott, of Tauranga, trading as Wills and Earnacott, of Te Puke, sawmillers. The bankrupts' state merit showed liabilities at £5181 5s lOd, find assets at £7692, leaving an estimated surplus of £2510 14s 2d. A committee was appointed to assist the official assignee in the disposal of the assets.
