FRANCE GRANTS AMNESTY ; A. »nd N.Z. LONDON, Feb. 18 In order to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of its foundation the French Boxing Federation voted an amnesty to all disqualified boxers. Thus Battling Siki will be entitled to box again directly he applies for a new license. The Beckett-Smith fight has been further postponed for ' at least a month owing to' the former's damaged hand.
