SHORT SESSION PLANNED. REPLY TO SOUTH AUSTRALIA. A. and N.Z. -MELBOURNE, Feb. 14. The Federal Cabinet has decided to hold a short session and then adjourn till June, to enable a programme to be framed. r . The, Prime Minister, Mr. S. M. Bruce, replying to Sir H. N. Barwell's protest against the non-inclusion of a South Australian member in the Cabinet, said that his remarks would not tend to promote the big national spirit which the war fostered. Mr. Bruce denies that Senator Pratten was dropped as the result of a promise to Mr. Hughes, who resigned unconditionally. •. -: '
