NEW FEDERAL MINISTRY
NO OFFER TO MR. PRATTEN. S. AUSTRALIA COMPLAINS. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY. Feb. 12. In connection with the omission of Senator Pratten from the new Federal Ministry great surprise has been caused by the announcement by Mr. Pratten that he wag neither approached nor invited to join. Many protests are being registered in South Australia on account of the State not having one full portfolio, and plain speaking is expected at the meeting of the National Party when Mr. Bruce presents his report.
