The M.C.C. eleven, in their . second innings against Natal, lost six wickets for ,242 runsßussell' 86, Carr 13, Fender 1, Mann 8, Jupp not out 8, Mead not out 31—and the innings T/as then declared closed. Conyngham took two w ; .ckets for 58 runs, and Carter three for 66. Natal in their second innings made 130—Samuelson 14, Nourse 42, Pearee 30. Gilligarjf took four wickets for 38 runs, Woolley one for 20, Jupp none for 19, Fender five for 36, and Stevens none for 9. M.C.C. won by 236 runs.
