Jan. 15. i, The Daily Telegraph reports that there ;- has been recent talk of military activities fi in the Balkans, probably due to the coine cidence of frontier troubles between Hun- - gary and Rumania with the reinforce* 5 ments of the Russian Army on the Bessarabian frontier, , the reappearance of i Bulgar bands near the River Dobrudja i and in Serbian Macedonia, and the rapid f growth of Turkish Nationalist forces in e Eastern Thrace. The position is tense and f may easily become explosive. f The Little Entente is energetically callf ing the attention of the Great Powers to ? the danger. ' 1 The Morning Post's correspondent at 3 Belgrade states that it is reported that an agreement has been reached between t "the.Russian Soviet Government and Bul■v garia, providing that* if war breaks out i Bulgaria shall remain neutral until a proi pitious moment, when she will assist Rus- , sia with irregulars.
