ARREST OF LEADERS. CONSPIRACY AGAINST STATE I Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 8.5 p.m.) PARIS. Jan. 10. Several leading French Communists, including Montmosseau,, Treint, and Maranne, have been arrested and charged with conspiracy against the State.
