LONDON, Jan. 5The Dublin correspondent of the Daily Mail states that the Free State Government is preparing a Bill to remedy defects in the Land Acts, which will do much to remove landlordism, the bugbear of the Irish peasant, enabling the peasant and' small farmer to become tenant owners. _____
