Samoa and Fiji, After medical inspection in the stream the vessel will berth at the Central Wharf to land 97 passengers and discharge her cargo of 16,700 cases and 1500 bunches of bananas She is timed to sail for Fiji, Tonga and Samoa at 11 a.m. on Thursday. The Ngapuhi is back 011 her former running and leaves Auckland for Tauranga on Mondays and Thursdays.- The Apanui sails at 10 p.m. to-day for Awanui and ports, but next trip she. will pick up her Saturday running and will leave Auckland on January Commencing to-day. the Clansman will leave Auckland at 7 p.m. on Mondays for Opua and Russell and at 4 p.m. on Wednesdays for BusselK Oput*. Advices by a recent English mail state that the Commonwealth and Dominion Line has ordered two steamers similar m design to the Port Auckland and the Port Campbell. for the Australian trade. They will , bo built by Workman, Clark and Co., Ltd., ! of Belfast, and will be 480 ft. long by C2ft. 1 beam, and have a depth of 32ft.
