SISTINE CHOIR SOLOISTS.
To those who assisted in the demonstration accorded to the Sistine Choir Soloists at the final concert of their recent Auckland season, the announcement that this incomparable band of solo and choral singers are returning to Auckland to give farewell concerts in the Town Hall, commencing on Tuesday next, under the direction of Messrs. Thomas Quinlan and E. J. and Dan Carroll, will give unalloyed pleasure. Never before in the history of music in New Zealand has such a fine combination been heard. The Sistine Choir Soloists have indeed set a new standard and from this standard alt future combinations of the kind will be judged. Signors Facc-hini Paganelli, and Raspony have been compared with the world's most famous artists. The soloists have an almost endless repertoire from which will be compiled delightful programmes of a diversified nature, and in addition a limited number of request items will bo submitted by way of encores. The' box plans for the full season will be opened this morning at Lewis R. Eady and Son, Ltd.
