Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 9.5 v.m.) LONDON, Dec. 20.
Judgment was given in Lady Sykes' favour with costs in the action brought by Mr. James White to recover damages in connection with the sale of the Tetrarch colt, Noblesse Oblige, which developed a dropped hip after he had purchased it for £10.080.
The Judge ruled that the colt was correctly described in tho sale catalogue, and there was no implied warranty.
