PAVING MANUKAU ROAD.
ONE TREE HILL SECTION. The concreting of Manukau Road, from the Sir John Logan Campbell Statue to the tramway workshops below Greenwood's Corner, Epsom, is proceeding rapidly. Tho One Tree Hill Road Board was informed last evening that the greatest volume of work dor© in any one day had been put through that day, when 100 ft. of roadway was) completed. The distance to be concreted measures 88 chains, and the work has to be completed by May, 1923, the cost being £18,000.
