UNION MAKE 3 CONDITION.

The Seamen's Union passed a resolution today declaring the strike off and the willingness of the men to resume on Australian conditions, provided that the Union Company dismisses its volunteer crews. It is believed that tho company has no intention of abandoning the volunteers.
