A. and N.Z. LONDON. Dec. 15. Mr. Bonar Law, in an address to the Unionist Association, said that in regard to Home affairs, he was sanguine that the worst of the trade depression was over. The unemployment committee realised that it was not the slightest use putting men on useless relief work, but the Government would not hesitate to advance money for useful work.
