CARPENTIER AND SIKI.
THE PROPOSED MATCH.

Though Georges Carpentier is willing to sign a contract for a 20-round bout with Battling f Siki, he desires to postpono signature until M. Descamps, his manager, returns to Paris. He also desires that if the Boxing Federation refuses to reinstate Siki the fight shall be outside the federation's jurisdiction.
